Approach

Our approach to business is simple...offer our clients the best service and product that we can. Each client is valued and treated to maintain a lasting relationship... after all; it's our clients that give us the opportunity to build fantastic projects.

Process:

Have an idea and wonder what to do next? Our process is outlined below:

  1. Brainstorming & Discussion:
    • Generally a phone discussion and possibly an onsite visit. Any reference pictures that could be given to us are strongly encouraged. Ideas of pricing and budget are generally suggested and discussed.
  2. Measurements & Perimeters:
    • In order to develop a concept...general perimeters and measurements are required to form ideas around.
  3. Concepts:
    • Typically, a combination of imagery, reference pictures, photos of previous projects, and 3D computer models are provided to the client for approval.
  4. Pricing:
    • After a concept has been approved, a proposal on the project will be developed. Details of the product, lead time of fabrication, installation cost estimates, and shipping will be included.
  5. Contract & Deposit:
    • A contract will be developed from the concepts and pricing proposals. As part of the contract, a percentage of the total price is outlined. That percentage will be due to start the fabrication process. Payment terms are agreed upon based on total project amount and lead time given.
  6. Delivery & Installation:
    • After the fabrication portion of the project is completed, the scenes will be broken down and prepared for shipping. Shipping methods vary from project to project. This will be discussed during the earlier stages of the project. Installation will also be discussed and considered at the front end of the project. We offer installation if it is decided that the client doesn't want to take on that part of the project themselves.
